in ATS, all engines have torque curves, in ETS2, only from Mercedes New Actros onwards, anything older is stucked with the default hardcoded torque curve.
I have approximate knowledge of many things

So thats why my premium struggles uphill so much even with light loads? Another thing i saw is how my 520HP magum 500HP Stralis and my 460HP premium consumes exacly 3,0 KM/L no matter the load i put on thempigbrother wrote: ↑27 May 2022 20:14 in ATS, all engines have torque curves, in ETS2, only from Mercedes New Actros onwards, anything older is stucked with the default hardcoded torque curve.

Most likely yes.
Here's one of the engine .sii's from the Premium and T side by side: https://i.imgur.com/ABOCN7t.jpg
Really good selection of parts in this tuning pack, a completely blacked out or whited out T just looks gorgeous.
Edit: While it's in my mind, is there a name for the style of the Chariot bumper? Looks like something that wouldn't go a miss on racing trucks.

Re: Renault Trucks T Tuning Pack Discussion
I hope that the next tuning pack will be for new DAF XF/XG, it was previously discussed that it can get a separate DLC with own tuning, now looking at a separate DLC with tuning for Renault T, we can say with confidence that this is quite possible.
But there is also hope that the old Renault trucks will not be forgotten, because Magnum it's a good and legendary truck and it deserves a good tuning too.

Digital X thats amazing info, and explained alot to me.I always questioned why a New MAN TGX 460 performs so much better with the same power and just a little more torque.
And yeah the tuning parts are awsome,But i dont really know what style to build right now,i want something with the "classic"front end/headlights but the broken texture on the bumper ruins everything ahahha, but i have to try something with the new/led front end

Re: Renault Trucks T Tuning Pack Discussion
I'm a little disappointed with it tbh. I didn't realise it was only for the Range T.... the ugliest truck ever built imo. I wamted to put stacks on a Magnum but there's no parts whatsoever for that or the Premium. I'll always buy DLC from SCS except paint jobs but found this one a little disappointing.
Oh hell, let's go nuts. Swords for forty eight thousand

This DLC feels like a downgrade from Glovers Renault T improvements
