Do I understand correctly that these orders are the most profitable? They are always at the top of my list.
Or because of their weight, they take longer to transport and are heavier, so you end up with the same amount if you carry 20 tons of TVs or tomatoes in a regular trailer?

If I understand your question... the reason certain loads show up first instead of others is because of your job market "search by" preference. You can change it to an assortment of things to have your loads show by what you chose.
