Hi!
I seem to have come across this problem recently where I am not able to connect to my World of Trucks Profile. I can log in fine on their website but in game it shows this and the grey connect button is blurred out (see attached photo). Does anyone knows how to fix this? If so, please help!
Thanks

Re: World of Trucks Account Not Connecting
Hello. Go to profile editing, and turn off World of Trucks, close the game. Go back to the game, edit your profile and reconnect World of Trucks . "login and password".

If you are using open beta there's a high chance you won't be able to log onto WoTr. You either have to go back to public build, or just wait patiently for public release of 1.45
The smallest details always make the biggest difference.

Re: World of Trucks Account Not Connecting
When I try to use my world of trucks profile the game trys to load then crashes every time but when I use a generic character profile from the game I have no problems if I was talking about something I was supposed to in a scs steam forums and got banned is it possible that my online profile is banned on the game
Re: World of Trucks Account Not Connecting
There's no such thing as an account ban in the game.
Please create your own topic in the technical forums and do the following:
Try verifying game files.
In Steam, right click on the game, select properties, go to local files tab and press verify integrity of game files.
If that doesn't work post your game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here and we'll have a look for you (split the game.log.txt into multiple pastes if it is too big).
If pastebin is not available in your country please use http://rentry.co and post the link to it here please. The page works like pastebin.
The file can be found at "C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\American Truck Simulator" for a default install.
The file can be found at "C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" for a default install.
