I'm thinking it's Albania. Still leaning towards it being the one DeltyM found but like I said I marked it as inconclusive since there's a few variables that might not fit.

Tirana, Durrës, Shkodër, Elbasan, Vlorë are the main suspects probably

This is not the location, but I did find an example of an IRL red and white crosswalk in Albania here in Vlorë: https://www.google.com/maps/@40.4548875 ... 312!8i6656 Not the same pattern but the same colors at least

in Durrës and Vlorë I would be surprised if it is a very dense development of ideal type buildings, but there are few mosques with which there would be agreement. Shkodër, Elbasan unlikely. It would be good to find in which city there is a kind of street lamp as in the picture.

With the Balkan DLC, we get all the states that use the CEST / CET time zone

West Balkans? in the old way it will be Yugoslavia, and I think it would be correct to call the DLC Yugoslavia

Yugoslavia broke up into smaller countries 30 years ago. It's like calling the going east DLC "Soviet Union". or "Eastern Block", makes no sense at all.

Yugoslavia would make somewhat more sense for WB than Soviet Union would make for Going East, given that none of the GE countries were actually part of the Soviet Union.
But yeah, calling it Yugoslavia is slightly anachronistic.

7/8 countries in WB were part of Yugoslavia.
0/4 countries in GE were part of the Soviet Union.

That's what I'm talking about.

Poland, Czech Republic + Slovakia (Czechoslovakia) and Hungary were never part of the Soviet Union.

Calling the Western Balkans as Yugoslavia DLC would be a big middle finger to a lot of people.
