Wrong speed limit in Turin (I)

After the panel indicating the begin of the Turin town, the speed limit instead to decrease until 50 km/h, increase up to 80 km/h without reasons and without road signs indicating it.

I noticed the bug about the speed limit it's present also in the opposite direction, leaving Turin in South direction.
