I had a similar error I solved with using an older version of Blender ie 2.93.

The current tools aren't compatible with 3.*, so at the moment your only chance is downgrading again.

conversion tools 2.13 requires blender 3.1.x and the latest blender addons at https://modding.scssoft.com/wiki/Docume ... s/Download
50keda has updated, a couple of times in the last 2 weeks, the addons for Blender 3.1
It is recommended at this point to stay with blemder 3.1 even though 3.2 is released. 50keda says there are 'breaking' issues with Blender 3.2 with current addons.
[edit]
I forgot that converter_pix and the converter_pix wrapper for scs tools was updated 2 months ago as well.

I don't know if you can simply rollback to a previous version of Blender and Tools and ConverterPix with teh same pit/pim conversion.
If you want to do that, you'll need to re-import the original pmg/pmd with the relevant versions of BT, Cp and conversion tools, I'd wager.
I've had 'weird' issues with export and conversions in the past, and simply redoing the conversion from PMG/PMD did the trick.
Usually, the conversion log gives a clue.. 'missing token', or some such. It's difficult when there's no info on conversion failure.

@V1p3rDK
The error message you have indicates that you have installed the wrong version of Blender Tools.
The version is linked at the top of the page.
Install Blender 3.1 and download Blender Tools 2.3.
