Re: Wolfi's ETS2 Shenanigans
Thanks
Today (after picking up even more new goodies from Hella's catalogue) I decided to do some heavy lifting.

Re: Wolfi's ETS2 Shenanigans
Thanks
Today a bit of a progress update...

I'm mostly done with accessories, just need a few minor tweaks here and there.
I decided to replace the HS Schoch roof bar with a LightFix "Wing" one as I figured out it would work nicer with Hella Rebelution beacons I made. I opted for a version with self mounted small lights and went for Hella Type 980's (they do need a bit of work still) (you may also noticed painted side mirror cover )

I like delivering stuff at night and for that I needed some additional work lights, so installed a set of Hella ValueFit 098's not necessarily in the correct orientation, but oh well, they still work

The back bar received a minor tweak to match LightFix dimensions and as such it got a logo as well, followed by yet another pair of beacons and a nice set of Hella Black Magic Cubes, they can really turn night into day when reversing at midnight To top it off I decided to fit rather unusual small lights on the bar - the Shapeline Tech's (again, by Hella)

Last but not least, I quite like the custom LED taillights SCS gave us with Renault T tuning DLC, but they felt a bit off. After digging a bit in the internetz and asking around, I found out those are made by company called Glo-Trac and since I found a few good pics, I decided to make my own version of them, I think they turned out quite neatly. (oh yes and the air tank is matte now, I wasn't happy with the cheap glossy look)

Still thinking about possible paintjob, but to be honest, I like the truck in just blue.

Re: Wolfi's ETS2 Shenanigans
Just a tiny interior update today.
I replaces the textured plastic panels on the dash and doors, with pure black plastic and added colored outlines to it to match other interior parts.
Also, reworked all colored bits, they now take truck's base color, so no matter what color my truck will be, all of interior details (including seams) will match the truck's color perfectly

I'm still wondering how can you tolerate the ugly chassis.
I have approximate knowledge of many things
