(ID) AI Traffic does not continue to keep on driving

At this intersection, the Ai traffic does not want to keep on driving straight and left. The other directions seem to work fine.
They just stop about 2 car lengths before the stopping line and keep standing there all time. Green or red traffic lights are not considered.

I tried to give the car in front of me a small push to restart it but after driving about one meter it stops again.
