Confirmed, got the same issue (Steam Workshop Version, clear savegame without any other mods)


EDIT// Un- and Resubscribing fixed the issue. Weird what happens in the background sometimes.... But it works now

The 1.45 is open beta, no reason to update mods for open beta, as the mods would probably need to get updated again after full version released.
