SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. @kanthf1 L6 sound for DC13 like usual, for DC16 520, 580 and 730 it will be JBS kit, and the rest are euro 6 sound

Hello @SlavJerry,

I succes to use the valve system, I must place it above sound fixes pack to work. But with your mods my engine rpm are block just a little before 2000. I'm driving in manual, and sometimes I need to search more rpm. In fact it is a little ennoying. Is it a bug or normal ? And if it is normal, a modification could be doing to authorised the max rpm (2500) ?

What is jbs kit ? I put the mod in the list and next install an engine. May be I miss something. @SlavJerry

@Unknownledge for v8 euro 6 engines there are 2 separate variants, normal and JBS kit, JBS kit is for 520, 580 and 730hp engine which overwritten by my engines file in the mod

Hello,

Ok but I'm not choosing if I'm using normal or JBS. It is automatic right ? So if it is automatic why do you ask me this ? So are there something change if it is jbx or normal ? Is it why I can't go under 2000 rpm ?
If there is no solution for this I will not use your mod, but is shadly because whitout this, it is best mod for open pipe on scania for me.

@Unknownledge automatic or not is depends on gearbox you chosen, I asked about JBS kit becaue I limited rpm at 2000 in JBS kit

What is the reason to limited the rpm at 2000 ? And is it possible to unlock this ?
As I said if there is no solution I will not use the mod with regrets...

1. open the mod file with winrar
2. goto def/vehicle/truck/scania.s_2016(or r_2016 if you use R series)/engine/dc16_(engine power you chosen in the game)
3. look for line 38 and 39, change rpm_limit: and rpm_limit_neutral: to 2500 or whatever you like
4. save the file

I did it, and it is the same, I'm always block at 2000 rpm in neutral or with a gear.
