Driver Job Generation Warning – Console Warning

Hello fellow truckers:

I have a quick question – I recently changed my g_income_factor from 1.0 to 0.50 and I am noticing that a lot of my drivers are returning empty more frequently than normal. According to the developer console every time I rest I get (sometimes I get more and sometimes I get less):
  • WARNING – Driver job generation failed. Returning empty.
  • WARNING – Driver job generation failed.
Do both warnings mean the same thing – that a driver couldn’t find a job and is returning empty?

Would changing the g_income_factor value have an impact on this?

I did an economy reset (g_economy_reset 1), rested for about two weeks, and I am still getting quite a bit of these two warnings.

Most likely I was getting these warnings before but did not notice them until I changed the g_income_factor.

Any help/insight is greatly appreciated; thank you in advanced!

I'm not certain, but I think there's a difference between a driver deliberately returning empty and the warnings reported.
However g income factor shouldn't cause those warnings.

Sorry for bringing this thread back from the dead but I wanted to point out what I noticed in case someone has the same question down the road:

When you see the warning "Driver job generation failed" it appears to mean that there is not a suitable job for the driver based on their skill level and that warning will keep on showing until the driver is able to find a job and head back home (loaded).

This happened to me a few weeks ago and I did no changes to the economy. I tried doing the "g_economy_reset 1" but nothing helped. I would move drivers and truck around with the same results, all my drivers were maxed out. What fixed it was firing the ones were not moving anymore for whatever reason and hiring new drivers with low skills. After a while I would find those high level drivers again and hire them, they would start doing the same again, just fired again and never hired them anymore.

The problem is while missing Citys to create Jobs there.
When starting to drive, every Time you get the follow Error :

<WARNING> Unable to find 'city.v_novgorod' for 'City' 0x348D1F9C950A0001
<WARNING> Unable to find 'city.volkhov' for 'City' 0x348D21949D0A0001
<WARNING> Unable to find 'city.volkhov' for 'City' 0x3D3D6AEC96CA0000
<WARNING> Unable to find 'city.volkhov' for 'City' 0x3D3D6B54A64A0000
<WARNING> Unable to find 'city.kirishi' for 'City' 0x3DE08B24E4160000
<WARNING> Unable to find 'city.kirishi' for 'City' 0x420FBBA887D60AC6

After that, you will get the error <WARNING> Driver job generation failed. Returning empty. every 5 - 10 Min.
This error create FPS drops.
This Bug exist since Baltikum DLC is out.
another FPS drop happens on Messages like this :

The item 0x23f82f5cc1460001 has registered water level at height 0.00
The item 0x23fbecc052460001 has registered water level at height 0.00
The item 0x23f78aecac460002 has registered water level at height 0.00
The item 0x23f83048bdc60001 has registered water level at height 0.00
The item 0x23f82f8c23060001 has registered water level at height 0.00
The item 0x25c699e0610f0002 has registered water level at height 0.00

I don't thinks, SCS will fix all the Bugs inside Game, it is more Important to create Electric Trucks.
Same Problem with all this popping Trees, Buildings, Sign and other.
And only this, while the View Range of Object's are set to short.

But it's ok, i got fix most of them by my own Mod.
And on 1.50, im sure, it continues with popping Grafics.
