I had a look for that PSU. Not at £153 on amazon lol I probably gonna go for a semi modular Corsair TXM750, it's under £80 on amazon and seems to have good reviews so thats no.1 on the list at the moment.
Has anyone ever been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

I can't even find higher wattage superflower PSU's for sale anywhere in the UK. Overclockers have them listed but never in stock and same goes for amazon.

I ended up buying a stupid overkill Seasonic 1000w unit instead just because the other option was Corsair. Which while they are fine, I had two of the same models RMA'ed back to SCAN because they had horrible coil whine.

Also my 3080ti died, the video signal would just randomly cut out, the leds on the card would die and the fan would just run at 100%. This was on two different PSU's my old EVGA 750w and the brand new 1000w seasonic one. Because it's an FE card I had to argue with NVidia support who basically just asked me a bunch of stupid questions untill I explained to them every troubleshooting step I went through. They eventually sent me a Fedex label to send the card off to Hong Kong.

Then five days later a courier randomly arrived with a brand new card so I guess thats a thing. Seems to be ok, once I've confirmed everything is stable at stock I'm gonna take some time to undervolt it and also try to do the same with the 5900X

Thats the first GPU i've ever had trouble with, also would have to be the most bloody expensive one too. Honestly hoping this one lasts as I don't wanna buy another gpu for years now.

Annoyingly it would just cut out at random, like you could stress it with 3d mark and it wouldn't happen. Then I'd fire up ETS and the thing would be barely ticking over and BAM black screen.

I tried different PSU's first, just because these 30 series cards are meant to be a bit peaky power wise. I completely reinstalled windows on a new SSD, same issue. The system worked perfectly with my old GPU's too.

Annoyingly though even though the FE cards are sold by scan you buy them through the NVidia website which means any issues have to go direct to NVidia and not Scan. Which is a shame because scan's customer service is exellent, compared to NVidias which is just e-mail only and half the time it felt like they weren't even reading what I was saying.

The upgrading never stops lol I now have a new PSU, got a Corsair TX750M from amazon for like £77 which ain't too shabby me thinks. For sure will be better than the EVGA lump I currently have in the rig.

EDIT::::

PSU is in, night and day difference. My 2060 is running at at full chat now, I have smooth unbroken frames and I'm in heaven. I didn't realise the EVGA psu was a 500w unit, I thought it was a 550w. My only peev about the TX750M is the sata cables, the idiot that designed them should have thier little toe hit repeatedly with a tack hammer - the cable has periodical connections but they are at such an angle that it is impossible to connect more than on device on a single cable, I spent over an hour trying to find a way to reroute the bloomin things, I had to use two in the end, which isn't bad as it's considerably less than the original psu its replaced which had like 6 molex connectors on it.
