You mean Rocky Mountain Peterbilt right? That's a channel I've been following for a while. I think the same guy also records other brands' review in CO.

Edit : my bad. It's only Peterbilt. I saw his channel when I was looking a detailed new 579 review.

The thing is, game is too quiet on the truck side. Due to the size of Texas, we didn't get any map DLC almost a year. We also only get 1 truck almost in a year. ETS2 side is also quiet.

So I'm thinking 2 things.
1) since toxic fans create a chaos about Heart of Russia , SCS started to have financial problems which effects the vehicle teams
2) they made new Western Star but since WS failed about hood, it blowed in SCS' hand. If that's the case then we'll, karma... Why don't you make a truck which has been released already such as 5700, 4900, new 579, T680 next gen, VNL, Pinnacle, old Cascadia etc. ?

Well either way it's too quiet for SCS. Especially on ATS side, I feel like 2017 in this year.

Didn't we get the International 9900i just a few months ago?

I don't think that SCS is too quiet, the only thing that is not according to plan is the launch of HoR (That they will launch eventually when all come to and end).

Truck wise this year we already have have a new truck for ATS the 9900i, new parts for the Cascadia, and Renault Tuning pack for ETS2, and also new trailers the Step Decks, tanker trailers will be in 1.46, also working in a new MAN TGX.

We also know that new WS is coming probably this summer launched both IRL and in game the same day(Like the 49X, and the adhesive stuff on the hood won't stop the launch of the truck probably is already solved changing the type of adhesive)

And for ETS2 in 1.46 they reworked the city of Hannover and included in it the congress center were an important transport fair is made(IAA 2022), and they said thay maybe this place will be used for future events, the fair is in September and we know that this year Daimler will launch the new eActros on the fair and Iveco will launch the European variant of the Nikola Tre, so probably that future event SCS was talking about is related to one of this manofacturers, probably to Daimler introducing in game the last Actros, like they do with the renault T adding new parts to the current actros,( in 1.46 they added new branded fifth wheels and only renault, last scania, and last actros got it, maybe that means that SCS consider that models up to date quality wise)

In the maps part We have part of the California rework and more to come, Montana will come probably in 1.46 and Texas will launch probably on the end of this year or early next, soo...

Yeah, updated and reworked good quality 389 with digital dashboard and automatic transmission would be nice. 👍 And also new 589.

But first, let's wait for what Daimler will present if they said that the summer will be hot. 🙂

Not sure about ETS 2 but I'm sure it was already hinted at the start of the year that a couple of trucks were line up for ATS this year with the first being the International Eagle(9900i). I guess any of the manufacturers models could be next. Ideally be good to see the VNL or Pinnacle next but won't be suprised if a WS or Freightliner model came next either. But I'm assuming we'll see a truck close to Texas release, if sooner then happy days.

Call it wishful thinking, but i think they will tease another truck in the Montana trailer like they did with the International LT in the Wyoming trailer, anything can happen. 😬

New truck before Montana would be amazing, but unless we see some steamdb addition, I’m not gonna hold my hopes on that one.

@werewoooooooolf Bingo. No Steam dB, no reasonable speculation. With the way Daimler spoke recently, SCS will feature another one of their trucks.......49x debut style. Its just a matter of time. The 49x was supppppper secret. The final details for the 5700 should follow. I'm still holding slight hope for multi truck releases from Daimler. Talk about a boost to the game. 2 trucks from the same parent company would do it.

If I'm not mistaken, regarding LT, we didn't have anything on Steam DB until it was teased in the Wyoming trailer. It only appeared on Steam DB a few days after the trailers.
