[ATS v1.44.1.22] Startup popup

Recently, when I start ATS, I get this strange popup window:

What is it, and how do I get rid of it?

Hi, does this keep happening in 1.45? If so please follow the bug reporting process and post your game.log

No, I don't have this popup in 1.45 anymore. Do you have any idea what the cause of this popup could have been?
