Max speed limit while driving a truck?

Dear fellow truckers,

After using the last patch for a coupple of days, I seems to have a problem. I got almost all the trucks in game, fully maxed out. Before this patch I was abel to go as fast at 150 km/h with the Volvo. Now it seems every truck has the max speed of 115 km/h, no matter what I try at the developer panel.
Of course the speed limiter is disabled.
Am I the only one who can not drive faster at 115 km/h ?
After using Steam to verify the game files, it came back with 2 problems, and after fixing those files, the game seems to work normally, I can drive faster than 115 km/h. In game logs it seems the game tried to load the TruckersMP file, after it failed the load the main "driving" file.
