You are driving in the left lane where you should not getting a fine. You are not driving on the right...

here I took a picture with other vehicles arriving
look at the mirror on the left, we see a truck and a car arriving
don't tell me that I'm driving against the direction
if not, explain me where is the mistake

For clarity of teminology:
"Driving on the left" is "driving on the left side of the median strip (or central divider)".
your picture shows you driving on the outermost (right) lane of the "left side". This is allowable on UK roads (although, not for trucks by law!), so if you are getting a fine for that it's shouldn't be for "wrong direction".

I uncheck the box to receive the fine, otherwise I'll get angry, in order to leave this famous country that we don't understand

UK Wrong way message
When approaching the ring of London, a message appears about moving in the wrong direction
Re: Road Template for UK Bugs [192480]
After some testing in single player, it seems that the issue occurs in both sides of this specific area. Interestingly, if you happen to drive on the wrong side of the road, wrong way offence won't appear until you actually approach the part near the overpass, with expected initial delay. I'm not sure if the bug exists in older versions of the game as well.
Also, section near Manchester on M62, after coming from M1 is also affected by the bug, since it uses same template. Since the section is shorter than one on A12 from Felixstowe to M25, just by the nearby refill station, you'll have to drive slightly slower to trigger the wrong way offence. If you had triggered wrong way offence multiple times already, though, you may get one after approx. 15 seconds, with the delay before the offence is being given.
