Space Paint Jobs Pack DLC, can't find the hanging astronaut air freshener for the Western Star 57

I bought the Space Paint Jobs Pack and put the hanging astronaut air freshener in my truck. Then later I bought another truck and tried to put the astronaut in that one but it doesn't show up in the list. I even went back to my original truck and removed the astronaut from that, thinking that it could only have one instance in the game, but that didn't help on my new truck. I can still install it on my old truck.

By the way, the new truck is a Western Star 57.

Any ideas on how to get it back?
