SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

hmm, so it's just ownable now instead of both. Fair does, I'll use the previous version for now then.
Has anyone ever been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

Why not use both versions, only one that could be an issue is the ekeri.city which is same in both trailermods...
so in any of the mods, remove that appearance....
reason for it's removal I would believe is the change of skinningtemplates and to have it as the original mod, one had to redo all of the skins available in the original mod.
IMO mods should only be having a default skin or perhaps one or two skins for showcase ... to keep the size of the mod down.
and if the author are able to provide a skinpack as a sidepiece - great ! But it shouldn't be a demand from the public to get tons of skins as templates are provided.

I suck making skins. And it looks like the era of skinpacks are ded. Everything is expected to made by one guy

use the trailer-templates....and then create your standalone mod with the same filestructure as the original mod..aside your own unique names for the skin ofcourse
