Stutters during convoy mode.

So I've been getting some stutters during the convoy mode that will usually come in waves and last a few minutes. Last session I had 2 other people in my convoy session and got very prominent stutters during the end of it, I asked the others if any stuttering had occurred for them, but they didn't notice anything. I do not get any prominent stutters in singleplayer.

I'm the host so that very likely has something to do with it, as well as some mods being active. You can see my PC specs in my signature.

It seems I'm also getting some errors relating to water level count, texture_reflection's etc, I have no idea if these are normal.
