Though i'm fine with my settings (which are very different) out of curiosity to see if maybe someone else's might be better i tried yours, and i'm thinking maybe add for which wheel your setup works good.
Because with my Thrustmaster TX base and Ferrari F250 rim these settings are,.... I'm sorry, just terrible.
Every turn feels the same at any speed, can hardly feel any ffb when driving (personally don't care about collisions)

From what i understand, but haven't done in depth research on, various wheels react different to the ffb settings and there's no one setting fits all.

I don't clearly understand why collisions FFB should be so low amount? Because of that it should be full list of explanation of your settings.

I can't speak for OP, but i've had collisions low or off ever since my TMX wheel days, because back then the wheel acted like it had an epilepsy attack in a collision able to break your wrist(s).
tbh idk how the TX reacts to collisions.

Incorporated a message informing that this was based upon a Logitech wheel. We both own a G29. Though I use Thrustmaster's T-LCM pedals (love them).

Great guide. But is an update to this info necessary since they changed it again for 1.44? Suddenly it is so weak. Even with High speed centering and internal friction cranked up, I can turn the wheel with one finger, and it barely stays straight. Almost feels like I'm playing with a circa 1998 wheel with the bungie cord, and the bungie has snapped. lol But it's a G29.

@AlconburyBlues Do you use G Hub or Logitech Gaming Software?
