No Plane and Helicopter Sounds. [194062]

There's no sound for the Planes and Helicopters. The random events which include the Helicopters hovering over head are also silent. World sounds and Ambient sounds almost maxed out.

This is happening all over the map. But I have added some Co-ordinates for an example. I'm driving from Show Low to Socorro. This occurs with mods as well as a Vanilla Profile.
(Only Mod that was activated was a small mirror mod) But started a new Vanilla Profile for this report.
