Load order is ok.
Everything works fine... except;
macedonian cities have no country code ... like Skopje () and no country MC inside brackets.
Regardless the load order for Macedonian rework.
Without it the problem stays the same...

I do have the same situation, doesn't matter which load order I use.

Everybody's quiet, but I suspect that we all have the same problem in 1,45 version.
The problem is that if you load only promods (without the balkan project and without macedonia rework)
Macedonia doesn't have country code even then... so I suspect promods.
I had this issue with jan mayen islands, but correct load order by Vinnie fixed that for me.
With Macedonia no luck whatsoever.
If someone with more knowledge would provide a contry code fix , I first would be much thankfull.
P.S.
Since I installed EAA map for 1,45 I get constant map zoom crashes no matter what background and fixes...
Anybody else uses EAA ?
