[Wyoming] Red light offense near Wyoming-Idaho border despite signalling

#1 Post by GamePro1337 » 17 Aug 2022 01:50

If you drive straight far enough into the intersection near the rest stop on the Wyoming-Idaho border, you can get a red light offense despite signaling for a right turn. It takes a lot less than it should.

I don't know if this has any say in whether or not you get an offense, but do you stop before turning right?

I doubt it makes a difference, but usually, I don't. It seems to trigger once you cross a certain threshold going straight, and said threshold is much closer than it should be.

If you don't turn, it's possibly detecting you as out of your lane which is a violation of 1 of the 2 rules in the game.

1. Signal must be on.
2. Must remain within your lane

I was wondering about that. I plan to experiment a bit with this.

UPDATE: I did a little more experimenting, and it seems it is indeed detecting me as being in the other lane. It seems more stringent than usual, though, even if it is technically more realistic...
