[Special Transport DLC] lightbars not working on static vehicles [194085]

This bug is pretty much the same as my report I done for the ATS special transport vehicles not having working lighting unless it is following you on a special transport load and the same as in ATS all static escort vehicles apart from police vehicles don't have working lightbars unless they have an arrow board for example, I've linked a video below showing this. Gamelog also linked to show no mods where active at the time of finding the bugs.

Running with no mods enabled
Game version: ver.1.45.1.0s (rev. bafc72111899)
PC operating system: Windows 10 64bit
Reproducibility: Always
