Okay, at least now we can relax and assume that the VNL is for 2023. I'm incredibly happy to get a fair competitor to the Cascadia.

I guess some ETS2 trucks are in the pipeline too if we are about to take the 'next project' literally, but more than that I think the chances of 5700XE are also increased.

New MAN will be the next one. Probably we will see it in late 2022 or early 2023. Then maybe VNL comes after that or ETS2 might get another one. About 5700 well I want it from bottom of my heart but I don't think it'll come . I'm expecting PACCAR this time before VNL. Or maybe Pinnacle because of Volvo group.

Please man, don't give me hopes with Paccar... It's frustrating having to wait so long for the 579 and deal with the possibility of the truck never make into the game... The good news for you is that 5700 could potentially be the next, it was in the works since early 2021 and could come before the year ends. Unless they SCS went into non-sense mode and scrapped the project by their choice. Because as far as we all know, the only one left that was known by the community to be in the pipeline is the 5700.

Honestly, I think this puts the Pinnacle much higher now..it could come before the VNL easily. We have speculated the Pinnacle and the HX for some time now. With strengthened relationships with Volvo, no reason the Pinnacle can't slide in at the end of this year imho. Assuming SCS is already been working it for months niw.

Pinnacle is the same case as the Cascadia/49X/57X and Lonestar/LT. All SCS has to do is make a new hood and mirrors for it... All the sleepers are there, the interiors and chassis. Out of all the last trucks we've gotten the last years, the only one that wasn't a copy/paste was the 9900i. Which puts any truck that has a different cab shape or it's the same as an old existing model at a far shot, unfortunately.

In addition to Volvo, SCS visited Mack, based on the tweet where they were driving the Pinnacle. Pinnacle will be easier, because basically it's Anthem interior with a few changes. The real work would just be the exterior.

Not even the exterior, because cosmetic wise (Which is the only thing depicted in-game) they are identical except for the hood and the mirrors. From the A pillars and backwards, there's no difference.

I knew new Volvo truck must be somewhere around corner, and I was right, although it may not be my preferred truck. Nevertheless I'll give it a try, like I did with all the other trucks so far.

As for Peterbilt everyone talks about, instead of next gen 579, I'd rather go for something different that isn't in the game yet, but it could be.

This truck is like a hybrid between 579 and 389. It is like W990 of Peterbilt, and it is still in production so we may get it eventually. Hopefully sooner rather then later.

P.S. It should be included in poll now that new VNL drops out.
