fixable daytime / only day mode

hello

i dont see anything by sunrise because everything is shady and hard to see
i dont see anything by sunset because everything is shady and hard to see
and i see only darkness by night and a small light strip in front of my truck

but i like the time between 12 -16! there is everything bright and beautyful!
and go sleep is not really a solution of the problem because the time goes too fast for the 5 ingame hours of good lighting conditions.

can we have pls a only beautyful daytime mode?
the clock can work normal. i dont care what it says.

im so tired to drive in darkness or bad lighting conditions -.-

Perhaps you need to adjust the settings on your monitor, perhaps the gamma setting, to be more specific. Have you tried that?

There's a mod for ATS that makes time 1:1. Maybe a similar mod could work for ETS2.

Honestly what I would really love to be implemented would be, instead of a 12-16 only timeline, real world time synchronized to where you are and possibly even real weather. That's it, something that we have in a few other simulators (e.g. When IRL at night, I'd like the game to stay at night, without the need to resort to console commands). I understand there could be problems with cargo delivery times, but perhaps they could be adjusted with such a new time mechanic. Ideally, us players could apply or remove such a setting from the gameplay options menu if someone would dislike it.

If you use a 1:1 map mod then it can solve your problems, setting the game to only display a certain time of day could be an ok solution for standard map along as it optional.
