[Montana DLC) Jeep stops and does nothing on turn lane [FIXED]

In Havre Montana, the Jeep went on the turn lane and does nothing. Would happen to other vehicles too.
Game version: 1.45.3.16s
Windows 10 (64 bit)
Reproducibility of the bug: always
