Yeah, kinda.

Texas is 2.7 times larger than Oregon and much denser. I would expect something in the 13-16k mile range. The major interstates total 3k miles, and there is potential for substantially more mileage in US highways and state routes. I've been trying to total up everything that has pretty much been confirmed so far and I'm a little over 7k, and that leaves a bunch of awkward gaps that I'm sure will be filled. Hopefully there will be a direct route between every marked city, as there is in real life.

I´m curious where I-10, I-20, I-30, I-35, I-40 and maybe I-44´s game terminus will be. Any ideas or opinions? I checked the prediction map of oldmanclippy a lot 🙂

Realistically, I think I-30 will stop at something like Sulphur Springs or Mount Pleasant, depending on if Paris is marked. Texarkana I think is probably still an Arkansas city but I have it on my prediction map just in case.

I-20 will probably end at Longview unless we have US-59 and US-96 making up a far east extent for the DLC.

I-10 I don't see going to Orange but rather just the last Beaumont exit.

I-35 is shaping up to get us to US-82 I think. That would be a pretty logical northern route around DFW.

I-40 I could potentially see barely making it past Amarillo just to US-287, but I think going all the way to US-83 in the Texas DLC would be nice to set us up for some cool remote depots in the southeastern part of the Texas Panhandle.

I-44, that'll feature for just a small stretch within Wichita Falls. I give it zero chance going past US-287 unless there's some depot up there they want to tie to Wichita Falls.

We got the Volvo Construction Equipment.
I also stated industry cargo pack though. That's a licensed Volvo machinery pack. Its cargo yes but its not really what I'm talking about. Both games got this pack. That pack falls under construction pack but what I want to see in a construction pack is construction/building materials. Things that make what a prefab is, not what machines you use build it with:
-more lumber options viewtopic.php?p=994818#p994818
-tarped construction items viewtopic.php?p=994821#p994821
-pipes. metal and plastic viewtopic.php?p=994826#p994826
-bagged good viewtopic.php?p=1008348#p1008348
-more metal, supports, more metal tubing, rebar viewtopic.php?p=1008265#p1008265
-drywall, roofing viewtopic.php?p=1008302#p1008302
-concrete and metal beams for bridges viewtopic.php?p=1256873#p1256873

@flight50 Thanks, I didn't know that Washington had 5000 miles, in this case I'm adjusting my tip Texas will bring from 10,000-15,000 miles of new roads

I’m looking forward to the Texas release. I’m even avoiding driving the New Mexico area to be ready to make drives from there to Texas.
