Changelog Ver. 2.2:
- New models (used in East Berlin and other modified areas).
- New massive military complex (Sperenberg Airbase has been recommissioned).
- Added more road bumps, details & signs.
- New border road and villages.
- Rebuilt some roads.

I don't think it's working with Promods at this stage even though title says Promods.
In the previous page he said he may do a PM patch.
