Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

could someone tell me how to add some curb weight to the second trailer ?? in the current condition its just a empty shell ....doing some comedic slowmo matrix style moves ...

question for you kast, somehow the VAK tandem in dryvan combination seams to have less jobs then the short Närko tandem trailer for example, is there a length restriction for the trailer on prefabs somewhere in the def i dont see ?

Hello together,

I just wanted to know how I can add these combi to Mod Studio to make a skin for it. I already have the skin and tried every combi but nothing works. I cant find the correct things to add it to MS2. Also these long Semi-Trailer.
Maybe someone can help. Thank you.

@RoadChris I might be mistaken, but the image you have - it doesn't look like the VAK ... is it a SCS configuration ?

anyways, short answer, VAKfiles are available for MS2 (not recently updated, but shouldwork)
....and using that one, you have to assign skintexture to the different trailermodels
Vslider - one texture and the rearest trailer another texture...

as an example using Kast Krone ADDON you need the Vslider AND that extra for the Kronetrailer

and checking some defaultfiles you can see the paintjobfiles ... multiple .ovrlines for each of the trailerconfiguration ...the slider and the rearest trailer

Yeah, that picture is the SCS Tautliner B-Double. But yeah VAK ones are in MS2.

Hi,

i think i'm to stupid to put a skin on the normal VAK trailer.
Everytime i make a skin on e.g. the vak_4_4_semitrailer, only the 13,6m trailer with dolly have the skin (i also didn't have the list shown in 685 in my Mod Studio 2).

So i tried the NTM Trailer and the same, only the Trailer with dolly have the skin.

am i to stupid or where is my mistake?

Hi!
Thanks for your nice trailers.
Have a question.
When i use your Ekeri or Närko 25,25 combination the payload be up to 43-44t in Finland. If i use VAK B-double or the 19,6m trailer the payload only are 10t.
I use VAK from steam and Addon for Krone.
What am i doing wrong?

Is there any how, how to lock the trailers steering axles? in real life VAK, has that option putting rear foglights on.
