Ford CL9000 cabover nowhere to be seen in the mod list

I called up the mod dealer in the game and I know I activated the Ford CL9000 cabover so it's in the vehicle list, but when I go to purchase the truck, I can't find it anywhere in the mod list. Was it really a standalone mod and the modder failed to inform those who want download the truck or what.
