SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

With the v1.8, the most companies have only a black rectangle.
I also tested it with an empty profile, with only the "real company" mod and I have the same result.
Any idea what this could be?

The size of the .scs file decreased drastically from 850+ MB to ~165 MB. Is this intended?

Yes, playing on a Mac. With v1.6, I hadn't this problem.
Forgot to mension, it happen on the Map, Joblist and GPS. Building sings are OK
