[Texas DLC] Inaccessible delivery location with certain loads [201968]

Delivery location behind a scale with a height bar, but some loads (over size loader in this case) are too tall for that bar.
1.46.2.4s (64 bit)
Location -11266.3 19.1746 50596.4. (San Antonio Namiq)
MacOS Monterey 12.6

wide loads are also a problem...
