Hello!
I'm going to present my tiny mod that just adds the speed limits to the Mexico map of Reforma. The whole limits maybe not correct, so any feedback and advices are welcome.
The problem is the road without actual speed limits may cause some problems such as incorrect delivery time. My mod solves these problems.
Download: V.1.2 (for any game version) - updated for Reforma 2.5.4.
Installation: just put my mod above Reforma (and Unimex) in the mod manager and enjoy!
It also works with Reforma or Unimex alone, without any of them.

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

V.1.1 released - Unimex Map support added. But it still works if you don't have Unimex.

I suggest that you make the speed limit effective on trucks speed limits and have unlimited speed on car speed limits. Did you do it?

Found this little infographic, though it seems to have heavier focus on the States: https://mexicomlogistics.com/infographi ... -and-km-h/ An important point is that all heavy trucking in Mexico is limited to 80km/h (50mph).
Also, I grabbed this list from Wikipedia concerning general Mexican traffic speeds:
10 km/h (6 mph) in parking lots and residential areas.
60 km/h (37 mph) in streets with no speed limit.
60–80 km/h (37–50 mph) on urban arterial roads (ejes, calzadas, beltways and freeways).
80 km/h (50 mph) in avenues with no speed limit.
70–90 km/h (43–56 mph) on rural two-lane roads.
90 km/h (56 mph) on two-lane highways.
90–100 km/h (56–62 mph) on major highways inside cities.
100 km/h (62 mph) on major highways leaving or approaching towns or cities.
110 km/h (68 mph) on major highways.
Hopefully this helps. Again, great mod and thanks for creating it.

The mod has been updated to work with 1.47 and Reforma 2.5.4, but should work with other versions too.
