Re: suspension height adjustment for 1.39
no because it is coded into the game and not a def edit, you are not a programmer that has access to the 1.39 source code and you dont know how the function works you you cant

Re: suspension height adjustment for 1.39
there's a person who made it for his car in several versions but he doesn't pass the secret. how did he get it? Does he have access to the secret files? Are you doing something outside the law? Removed - Rule 2.3 nobody helps anybody. I should go back to rfactor, where everyone is everyone's friend.

Re: suspension height adjustment for 1.39
there is no secret, he just uses lift axles to lower the car, done, nothing else, he did not write a .dll to ad adjustable suspension to the game
and if you come that way ofc nobody will help you if you start to get snobbish

Re: suspension height adjustment for 1.39
I'm not being snobby I just want to do what other people do. they do things without scs authorization and spread it across several sites. I also want to do some things but for myself, I don't want to share with anyone. I learned by myself how to change the engine sound, edit engine and transmission without anyone teaching me. I can put a 24 gearbox in a 3 truck, I can put a 50 hp engine in a 750 hp scania. I just want to mess with the suspension. if it were forbidden to edit the files they would be blocked.
Re: suspension height adjustment for 1.39
The point is it's not about editing the files. It's about changing the game code (whats in the .exe file). Obviously it can be done as TMP have proved you can do so.
