Slots not working

So this problems been happening ever since i installed ets on my new laptop. My slots for stuff like bull bars, light bars, dash trays and more aren’t working. They appear as grey and there’s nothing to select.

I don’t know what’s causing this, i suspect a mod but i have no idea which one.

You have a number of out-dated mods (some of them 5-6 game versions or more), start by updating all mods to versions for 1.46 (and remove any that haven't been updated).

gonna sound very dumb, but how do i update mods, do i have to do it manually (im a steam user)

If from steam workshop, they should be up to date (in which case you'll need to sell any items from them and unsubscribe as some are badly out of date).
Any mods in your mod folder you'll need to download new versions.

Any chance if there's a way to "cheat" and get all the outdated mods out
