Game Crash on Loading screen problem with loading the save

Hi, all I do have a slight problem I do have a problem when the game crashes it comes up with the problem with loading game i have uploaded the mod manager i do the right versions not to quite sure which is the problem or if it's a graphic card issue here is also the game log.
