game crashes when entering dealers or when i hire drivers

when i enter any type of dealer my game crashes same happends wth buying trailers or when i hire drivers, been trying to figure this out for hours and can't seem to fix it myself

Try verifying game files.
In Steam, right click on the game, select properties, goto local files tab and press verify integrity of game files.

If that doesn't work post your game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here and we'll have a look for you (split the game.log.txt into multiple pastes if it is too big).

You appear to have some seriously out-dated scania mods, try updating them to current versions.
