I'm looking forward to seeing the WS 5700XE in detail tonight.

But will it have a transmission?

Many of the SCS trucks have no hint of a transmission in the interior. The exceptions are the Mack Anthem which irl and in game has the auto controls on the dash, and I think the Cascadia (am I missing one?).

If memory serves, the auto shift box and Eaton shifter stick have yet to make an appearance.

@flight50 I also hope that it will be in traffic, and it would be ideal if we also get WS57x and International 9990i in traffic

Agree.. Even if they are not as often seen in traffic in reality, I would like to do so ingame.

Waiting for 57X was not as exciting as waiting for 5700. I also use 9900 with particular pleasure. This suggests that classic or at least obsolete tracks are more in demand among ATS players than modern ones.
This is the difference between the USA and Europe, where modern technological tracks are more expected.

While the consensus is almost the same, your opinion is yours. I prefer the modern ones, and I assure you you can see similar minds. From the game point of view, It also has to do with how rapidly the US truck market is changing, unlike the European market, where trucks generally stand the test of time.
