Please refine the menus

Please put some development work into the menu that one reaches by pressing ESC.

I would like to be able to use the keyboard more, not always to have to rely on the mouse. Being able to navigate more with arrow keys, and especially being able to use TAB and ENTER keys. Options should have defaults, where pressing ENTER will do the default, or one can TAB to the non-default option.

In essence, make it more like Windows or Linux dialogue boxes.

A final, *big* request is to make the buttons for TRUCK MANAGER, TRAILER MANAGER, DRIVER MANAGER, GARAGE MANAGER, etc. movable by the user. That is, I'd like to specify my own order: garage, driver, tractor, trailer.
