No problem for me as an old RL trucker, it still fits. But for the inexperienced virtual drivers it will be tight.

This problem is everywhere on this kind of doors, not only in Bremen !

Yeah I have encountered this bug too on a few gates. My best guess is that it doesn't like the trucks on the right? Maybe it sort of blocks it from opening? (I know these are because of company mod)

and the yellow light keeps blinking unlike others.

But the guess from mantazzo maybe isn't that far away? Maybe you could try removing the trucks on the right.
Or - if it's not too much effort - changing the gate to another one, maybe the one from DHL / Eurogoodies. That one works perfectly.
