You have to add the parts to the paintjob and assign them to a 1x1 pixel. dss file. It's described in the mod discussion at the steam workshop.

you can use any aslong as the correct suitable_for are applied in the hookups

I got the skin through Steam Workshop. Dont know how i can add these files.

Its a bit harder to do with Workshop skins, since you would need to find the skin in your Steam folder and then edit it and put it in your mod folder instead.
