[REL] Daniels ATS Random Events

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

I suspect the asphalt patches appearing on dirt is unavoidable since they are random events. I haven't noticed the missing vehicles though.

Seems to work just fine in single-player and convoy mode but not while using on a dedicated server rented from Gportal. Does anyone have any ideas or a solution? This is an amazing mod and I'd really love to use it on the server.

P.S. I did notice that when I FTP into the server there is a mods folder. I wonder what would happen if I placed it there?

I have a question that is burning in my mind, with the new 1.47 update and the addition of Random Road Bumps, will it affect your Mods ?

I'm assuming there will just be a large amount of bumps on the roads due to both the mod and the game update adding them. We'll have to see though.

@danbywinby sorry for the tag, just wanted to let you know that there are a few material issues with this mod and the new 1.47 beta. From what I can tell it's something to do with the new materials you made? Especially for your version of the highway maintenance pickup. It's showing as bright colours until you get close to it. Also noticed an issue with the ground texture where a big coloured rectangle appears on of some of the traffic stops or accidents involving a truck and car.

@BeastyBill88 No problem, I am happy for you to tag me because then I get an email notification.

You will have probably noticed that I have not been active on here much recently but I have been trying to keep up to date with any issues with my mods.

I am no longer working on new additions for the mod as it became too much to handle and trying to work around all of the issues that SCS has introduced just ended up annoying me to no end and I've just gotten bored and annoyed with the games myself.

However I will still try to fix any game breaking issues, if they are not too difficult to fix.

Can you post your game.log file and any other screenshots showing the issues you mentioned? It might be as simple as a missing .mat file.

Feel free to tag me in your reply otherwise I won't get an email notification and it might take me a while to notice your reply.

@danbywinby Ah I didn't realize you're not active on here or working on the mods anymore, I'm not active here myself much anymore. I still play the games but not as often, there's no rush for it I can live with the vanilla scs road events until you have the time (or desire) to get a fix out. Sure I'll have to do it when I have time between work as I'm on shift for the next several days.
