[in the works] The New Volvo FH2020

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Re: [in the works] The New Volvo FH2020
So a question for the experts. In this video on this beautiful FH16 pusher, the parking lights also work in turn signal mode. That's a cool thing. It's a must-have.
But I have a question - is this a special case or is it normal for all 6x trucks?

@Harald-RS I've never seen anything like it before. Is there a need for it...? I don't know, maybe we'll add it at sometime. But I will not touch the taillights for now...

This is now mandatory for new trucks.
The same applies to semi-trailers.
But I can only speak about the EU.

Re: [in the works] The New Volvo FH2020
Sanax - it could be cornering
Re: [in the works] The New Volvo FH2020
-the 4x2 has also have the parking lights on the sides also working as turn signal, however im not sure if it comes like that everytime or its a "extra option"
-the exterior turned out amazing !
-i can't wait to see the interior rework i really hope it will be as good as the exterior

Re: [in the works] The New Volvo FH2020
Thank you! Already thought of adding as an option... you saved me a lot of work

Great! Let's make it standard on all trucks, then.
Re: [in the works] The New Volvo FH2020
Parking lights as turn signals, I haven't noticed this on Volvo yet, but I can say that Mercedes trucks and Schmitz trailers clearly come with this option as default, so @Harald-RS might be right that it's mandatory - maybe he knows more about EU regulations than I do
Re: [in the works] The New Volvo FH2020
@zsb I already added this as standard on all types of chassis yesterday. I was shown fresh videos yesterday of 4x2 trucks that also have all the parking lights working as turn indicators...
@Harald-RS Your option of double row taillights baffles me. I don't know why it's needed... but I'd do the complete opposite...
I'm thinking as an option to diversify, I can add these compact taillights as well. They are very rare, but they have their place. So, I'll probably add them later

Re: [in the works] The New Volvo FH2020
The Compact taillights are very common among tipper trucks, and rigids in general.
But the double taillights are just for show, altdough I quite like the looks.

@Sanax
I just like it personally.
SCS also offered this as part of the tuning package for the Renault T EVO.

Re: [in the works] The New Volvo FH2020
I see a recurring problem with tires that are too dark in wheel mods. It is advisable to adhere to the levels of standard SCS wheels.
I translate via Google Translate. Sometimes he does it badly. I beg understand and forgive.
