Game crashes a lot

My game constantly crashes at random times Access Violation error codes. I have never downloaded any mods and even tried running the game as administrator, but it didn't help. Is there anything else that I can do ?
I play on Low settings on stable 60-70 FPS

The graphics driver is crashing. Start by making sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
