Then why don't other dolly fail in these places, namely swivel ones?
I noticed such a bug on many roads and it is always near a turn or a traffic light.

Lol. All Dollies swivel. You're asking the wrong person though. I don't make the game and nor do I know how they fix it which is why I said iirc.

I just know it's not the first time I've seen this. It's happened ever since 2017 when articulated trailers released. If it was dolly related, I'd imagine it happens on 100% of the entire map and it doesn't. There are sink holes that exist on occasions which is why they ask for map location when reporting the bug.

Today I got a notification for Zero Waste achievement for every delivery I did in Texas. Something's strange. That's only for Montana. I already have 5 deliveries made for that achievement and the numbers did not go up, but still appeared after every delivery. Only today, yesterday did not. I already had the latest update when I played yesterday.

^Agreed. No point in wasting Natvander's time for anything in California nor Nevada. Arizona is a different story. Its a ways out and Arizona is in better shape. So might as well fix Arizona if its not too time consuming and minor.
