ATS 64-bit v1.46.2.13 on 64-bit Windows 10 [Version 10.0.19044.2364]
Whilst driving along the hidden map passages in the area around the Vortex depot north of Fort Stockton I had two (what look to be identical) crashes to desktop.
Reproducibility unknown. The two crashes happened at different points on the map and I subsequently re-entered the area from US285 and traversed the same piece of road as when the first of the crashes occurred and it did not happen a third time.
Game and crash logs from the sessions concerned:
(except the uploads for the first pair failed - I will try to add them to a follow on comment)
I forgot to take a screenshot immediately after the first occurrence but I had a WoT job active at the time and it put me back almost where I was and I then followed the passage out under I20 to the garage in Pecos before resting. I then took this screenshot, where I've added a red circle in the rough area where my truck was barrelling along at the time of the first crash:
Before the second crash I had got myself onto the road along the south side of I20 (courtesy of some naughty wrong way driving to gain access) and this time remembered to take a screenshot upon restart:
and finally, to confirm the location (no coordinates I'm afraid as I don't have the console active):
(As usual I have had to shrink the screenshots to get them to upload here. Can't imagine you'll need them but full version is visible on Steam at: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 2909377698 and https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 2909438242 and https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 2909438258)

Is there a limit (of five) on number of attachments per post because I've tried various tricks to add these to the original without success.
These are the game and crash log from the first occurrence:

@garnet thank you for the update. I do play ATS with voice navigation active so that makes sense. I need to keep an ear out from now on, but I get the impression that voice nav. normally goes quiet whilst exploring secret roads. I still have two or three of the longer passages to discover so perhaps it will happen again somewhere else and offer some further clues.

Another occurrence, again negotiating a secret passage for the first time. Version details etc. as before but some idiot forgot to take a screenshot to record the location upon returning to the game so it will have to suffice to say that I was driving along the southernmost side of the long out and back secret passage in the screenshot , having uneventfully navigated the southerly of the two passages not minutes before.
Log files from the crash: Plus a screenshot taken this morning showing the location: the more detailed version of which can be found on Steam at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 2912342809

@garnet I don't know whether these additions are helping but I've had another occurrence of this very close to the same place it last happened, on the drag strip off US83 S of Laredo. Unlike the first time I was driving down the drag strip itself this time, which was already marked as discovered as a result of the first visit, and just as I got alongside the red hut about halfway down the game crashed.
It might also be worth noting that after the restart I was placed back literally at the start of the drag strip and a second attempt did not fall foul of the same bug and I was able to drive to the far end of the drag strip and come back along the service road all without incident.
Log files from the new crash (which again looks to be identical to my untutored eye):

Thank you for adding more info. It's highly appreciated.
The issue still haven't been fixed, so more info we gather the better.
Cheers!

Not sure if it ever was considered fixed, but it seems to be back again with a vengeance at v1.49 with the Kansas DLC: viewtopic.php?p=1885062&sid=13f9815d8b5 ... 9#p1885062
