Low fps convoy host

I would Like to report low fps on convoy host in-game because my friend getting 74 fps low 64 when joining me on convoy but he normally gets 94fps when playing single player.

When we played together on dedicated server he never had low fps or any issues

We both running Windows 11 pc

I'm have 3070ti & he has 3070 8gb 16ram
