Invisible Wall in Nevada [FIXED]

Hello,

I was driving on U.S. Route 93 Alternate in Nevada, and all of a sudden I hit an invisible wall that caused damage to my truck. I apologize; I do not have the map coordinates, as I am on the Steam Deck, so I have no idea how to enable developer mode on it and open up the console. No mods are running in this profile.

If you need map coordinates, please tell me how I can get them on the Steam Deck.

Yes, that's the correct location. The collision is from a Bezier patch to the left, sloping down under the road, spawning a bush. A bush with a very high collision, much higher than the 3D model itself. Look for the green cube in the middle of the picture, that's the bugger.

I doubt the F11 bug reporting will work for any other system but Windows. It is related to the map editor, and that is for sure Windows-only.

With Windows, the key definition is

 config_lines[453]: "mix bugrepscrrcc `modifier(shift_only?0, keyboard.f11?0)`"
In the "controls.sii" of the active profile. If you can do similar things with SteamOS I have no clue. It is just a name for me.

Thanks for sharing and helping me report this too! I'm not sure if I can enable console on the Steam Deck, but I will have to experiment with it more. That's one downfall of the Steam Deck: it's a bit harder to get coordinates from the map compared to Windows. Hopefully one of the staff members or beta testers sees this post now and notes this bug. The picture you posted definitely helps to see what's going on.

@Reinhard FWIW, F11 bug reporting works perfectly fine on macOS.

This is a general problem affecting several bush models. It has been fixed internally and a fix for it should follow up in an upcoming update.
I like trains. 🚂
