ACC holds truck back when close to Ai [FIXED]

Hi.

When the Ai stops in front of me and I also want to stop close behind the traffic, the ACC forces the truck to stop way sooner then wanted.
If I try to close the gap, it is like a battle "engine power vs. ACC". I was not braking at all --> no brake lights

When the Ai continues driving and I want to drive off as well, the ACC still holds the truck back until the traffic hast quite some distance ahead- only then the ACC let me finally drive.

The EBS-System was never activated in the game menu.

I've noticed a bug similar to this. If I'm driving on the highway and turn the cruise control off and have the emergency system disable it just stops me in the middle of the highway as I get to close to another vehicle. It also does not show any brake lights when it does this.
I've been playing the beta all weekend and I haven't noticed this bug since the last patch.
